There are 3 cases. They all depend on the acceleration of the car to be greater than the vector component of gravity parallel to the hill. if the acceleration is not greater than said vector component, then the motion of the car will remain unchanged
Case 1:If the car was originally stationary relative to the hill at 4:00PM, the new motion of the car will be up the hill along of with the acceleration
Case 2:If the car was initially traveling down the hill at 4:00PM, then the car would decelerate and the new motion of the car would decrease in that direction until stopped. Once stopped case 1 will take over
Case 3: If the car was initially traveling up the hill at 4;00PM, then the motion of the car would continue up the hill but with more velocity
