We say "Pain au chocolat" in most parts of France, in some regions (south west of France) some people use chocolatine as well.
No one uses chocolatière as far as I know and I am French and love Pain au chocolat.

Pain au chocolat and chocolatière are both what people call "chocolate croissant" here, depending on the regions people argue for one or another name for this delicious sweetness! Never say "chocolate" in Paris, you would be killed!
