If there are no side lengths given, you wouldn't be able to find them out, because the same angle relationships could exist no matter the size of the figure. If you had just one side and all or most of the angles, you could probably figure out the rest of the sides.
So yeah, for now it seems like your solution would just be in the form of formulas to show the RATIOS of sides to one another based on what you know about the angles. And the few angles that are missing, you can probably figure them out by using rules of triangles, complementary and supplementary and vertical angles, etc.
