What is the net force acting on the block?

A 10 kg block experiences two external forces acting on it simultaneously. Force A has a magnitude of 34 N and points in the positive direction. Force B has a magnitude of 22 N and points in the negative direction. What is the net force acting on the block?

I believe this statement needs more information. But I'll give my best.

I'll assume that these forces are acting over the same axis. So the net force will be:

34-22 = 12 N

Note that, if these forces are in different axis, the we would need so use the sum of vectors to solve it.
