Eating healthfully has many benefits that are both seen and unseen with the naked eye. To me, the main benefit of eating healthy is that it will reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as Cardiovascular disease, Cancer, Liver disease, and many others. Although you may not be able to see that healthy food can contribute to a healthier you, you will definitely feel the difference after your body adjusts to the new lifestyle change.
Benefits that cannot be seen include, but are not limited to: improved mood and mental health, increased energy levels, reduced stress, better sleep, live longer and aging better.
Benefits that can be seen over time can include: Weight control, clearer skin, the curing of diseases, increased productivity and attention, optimal growth and development of teens, saving money, inspire others, and many more.
