This question is asking for the range of projectile:

v_f=v_i + (-g)•t

(0 - 30sin28)/-9.81 = t = 1.44s

t= the time to reach maximum height. Total time of flight is 2t = 1.44•2 = 2.88s

Since the horizontal velocity remains constant in the absence of a net horizontal force

so d = v•2t = 30cos28•2.88 = 76.3m
