A bomb whose mass is 300 kg is traveling east at 35 m/s when it explodes. Five fragments fly off in various directions. What is the total momentum of the fragments just after the explosion?

The answer is 1100 kgm/s I just dont know how to get there

The answer provided in the question is not correct. Momentum must be conserved in this problem. The result in Yefim's solution below is correct.
