For 270 degrees, the rule is (x, y) --------> (y, -x)
So (-5,4) becomes (4,5)
reflecting over the x-axis, the sign of y changes
so (4,-5)

asked 01/05/20How do I rotate (-5,4) over 270 degrees and If the answer is (-5,-4) then what will the coordinates of (-5,-4) after I reflect over the X axis?

The relationship between (-5,4) and (-5,-4) is a single x axis reflection.
A composition of any translation or rotation can be expressed as the composition of two reflections.
A composition of reflections over two intersecting lines is equivalent to a rotation.
Reflecting about the x axis and then y=x will yield a 270 rotation, or (-4,-5) also (4,5)
Then reflecting over the x axis you would have (-4,5) or (4,-5)
