So tan(x) is defined as sin(x) / cos(x). In order for tan(x) to not be defined, this means cos(x) = 0, because you would get division by zero which is impossible. So now the question becomes, what values of x between 0 and 2pi would make cos(x) = 0? This is something you should be able to find on a unit circle chart if you have one.
