Medical student with 6+ years experience teaching physics
A) Fgx = mg*sin(65) = (300 kg)(9.8 m/s/s)*sin(65) = 577.3 N
B) Fgx = ma = mg*sin(65) --> masses cancel
a = (9.8 m/s/s)*sin(65)
a = 8.88 m/s/s
C) vf2 = v02 + 2aΔx
vf2 = (4 m/s)2 + 2(8.88 m/s/s)(20 m)
vf2 = sqrt(371.2 m2/s2)
vf = 19.3 m/s

I'm a little confused with the first answer. Why is it 577.3 instead of 2664.5? That just seems like a random number that you contrived. Everything else looks solid ;)10/27/20
