I assume you want a solution for the system. Add the 2 equations and get
x - y = 9 ⇒
x = y + 9
Plug x=y+9 into either equation and solve for y, then plug the result for y into either equation and solve for x. From the first equation,
3(y + 9) + 4y = -1
Solve for y, then plug the number for y into either equation to get x. You should be able to finish from here.
