I would say no. The last taxonomic grouping (how scientists organize living things by relatedness) that these two share is the suborder Iguania. After that, the iguanas, such as the green iguana or the marine iguana, are organized into the taxonomic family Iguanidae, which are found in the Old World. The taxonomic family that bearded dragons are in is Agamidae, which are found in the New World.
