Need cancel your lesson? Print out these directions so you have them handy.
Step 1) If you are within the tutor's cancellation grace period skip the next part and go to Step 2)!
Don't know if your in the grace period? Count hours from right now till your scheduled lesson time.
Don't know what the tutor's grace period is? Review tutor's cancellation policy on their profile or messages.
Consider that cancellations may be subject to a 9% service fee.
Step 2) Next, make sure you are logged in to Wyzant, if you are jump to Step 3)!
If you need help on a desk top computer for example, just type or copy this URL in your browser https://www.wyzant.com and click LOG IN up on the right side of the screen with your user name and password. If on an app, just log in to your Wyzant app.
Step 3) Write a polite message to your tutor such as, "Hello, it looks like I need to cancel." Review what you wrote. Next, click send to send the message to your tutor. Don't forget to check back to read your tutor's response to make sure they got the message.
For your curiosity, tutors' cancellation grace periods are often based on the prep time needed for your lesson.
