The problem asks for the angular discplacement. Assuming you want the answer in radians, you need to convert the angular speed of each into rad/s and then multiply by the appropriate amount of time.
a. 1/60 * (2*pi) rad/s * 3600 s = 377 rad
b. 1/60 * (2*pi) / 60 rad/s * 3600 s = 6.28 rad (this should make sense because the minute hand travels around the clock face in one hour, or 2 * pi rad)
c. in one hour the hour hand tavels 1/12 of the face/ 1/12 *2 *pi = 0.524 rad
