Work = F*d = change in kinetic energy which makes since, if you push something with a force along a distance, it's gonna start moving faster
initial kinetic energy is zero so change in kinetic energy is .5*m*v2 (cuz change is final - initial but intial is zero so its just .5*m*Vfinal2)
407N * 7.4m = 0.5 * (141 kg) * v2 so just solve for v. Note: work is in units joules, so is kinetic energy, and F*d gives you N-m (Newton-meters) which is therefore equivalent to joules.
