There seems to be a mistake in the problem. I assume that you meant f(x) = 1/x - 2 and g(x) = 4/x.
Recall that (fog)(x) = f(g(x)). That means that in the equation for f(x), we need to substitute g(x) for x:
f(x) = 1/x - 2
f(g(x)) = 1/g(x) - 2
f(g(x)) = 1/(4/x) - 2
Now this is just an algebra problem, which I think you can solve. (Remember that 1/(a/b) = b/a.)
