4π is two times the circumference of the unit circle, so 4π + t is the same point as t.
π is half way around the circle, so the point (-1,0). Then π - t is half around the circle, then back t. The point is in the 2nd quadrant, so (-4/7, √33/7).
t - π would be in the 3rd quadrant, so (-4/7, -√33/7).
