B) 100 mmHg

Honestly, that answer will differ with your individual protocols. That said, in my neck of the woods, the answer is 120 systolic. Remember, though, to make sure they haven't taken any ED medications (Viagra, Cialis, etc) in the past 24 hours and verify how many Nitro tablets they have taken prior to your arrival.
