For this question you need to be familiar with Pythagorus theorem,
According to you question,
Opposite side or leg value (b)= 7.1
opposite angle (B)= 31.3
Adjacent angle (A) = ?
Hypotenuse value (c) =?
Base value (b)= ?
Using formula below ,
tan (B) = p/b
=> tan(31.3) = p/7.1
=>b= 7.1/ tan(31.3) = 11.67
since it is right angle triangle,
So remaining angle will be
A+B+90=180
=> A=90-31.3
=> A=58.7o
here for c=
cos (31.3) = b/c
=> c = 11.67/(cos(31.3)) = 13.66
