This is one of my favorite stories from the Bible. :)

As I am sure you remember, the master had given all three servants small amounts of money. Only two of them took that money and used their business sense to grow it; one of the servants simply buried the money until the master came back.

The two servants who grew their money displayed a growth mindset. They were not content to simply maintain the same amount of money that they were given; they were determined to grow it. It positively affected their performance because they did successfully grow and increase the money.
