Haley,
I am a bit confused. You want an example of a simple sentence that has two things:
- two adjectives modifying a nosentence
- two adjectives modifying one noun.
What, pray tell, is a nosentence?

A simple sentence (one subject, one verb (action)).
Example: The dog ran.
Modifiers explain the context and describe the subject. Adjectives can be used to describe the subject (the noun) performing the action (verb).
Example: The fast dog ran.
To develop a sentence with two adjectives that modify the noun is simply to add another adjective.
Example: The fast white dog ran.
