You need to remember one thing with inequalities. When you multiply or divide by a negative number you need to flip the inequality sign. Otherwise you solve it just as if it were a normal equation.
So number 4 for instance:
x/-10 > 6
* -10 * -10
Isolate the x by multiplying both sides by -10:
x > -60
Then flip the inequality sign because you multiplied by a negative number:
x<-60
So x is less than -60
See, just like a regular equation. I'm sure you can knock out the rest.
