French nouns have gender and number.
It is therefore customary to include a definite or an indefinite article (the or a) when translating English nouns into French, even if the English has neither.
Hence, "nose" in French is the nose "le nez" or a nose "un nez" (indicating that the word for nose in French is masculine).

A nose is translated as "nez" in French. Make sure you don't pronounce the "z" at the end because the French grammar rule does not allow it. It's like the word "mot" in French, which translates in English as "word". When pronouncing it, you don't pronounce the "t" at the end. It's like saying [mo] even though there's a "t" at the end.

Nose = nez
which reminds me Cyrano de Bergerac
Ah ! non ! c’est un peu court, jeune homme !
On pouvait dire… Oh ! Dieu ! … bien des choses en somme…
En variant le ton, – par exemple, tenez :
Agressif : « Moi, monsieur, si j’avais un tel nez,
Il faudrait sur-le-champ que je me l’amputasse ! »
Amical : « Mais il doit tremper dans votre tasse
Pour boire, faites-vous fabriquer un hanap ! »
Descriptif : « C’est un roc ! … c’est un pic ! … c’est un cap !
Que dis-je, c’est un cap ? … C’est une péninsule ! »
etc.
