Have you created any applications using the tools you've described? The next step would be to put all you know together and build something. Knowing each piece individually is not enough. You need to understand how they work together?
With JavaScript, have you built a robust user-interface? Are you interacting with a server-side language like JavaScript and Nodejs? Are you familiar with Restful API's? Express, Koa, routing, etc. Angular, Vue, Aurelia?
How about database? You familiar with MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc?
Put what you know together and then check it in to GitHub and send me the link. Let's take a look at it. Then we can pursue other technologies.
