If 3/5 of the seniors are opposed to the school forming a rock climbing team and 9/10 of the remaining students ( not seniors ) are also opposed to forming a rock climbing team , how many students are in favor of this idea?

3/5 of the 750 seniors are opposed, so 450 seniors oppose
9/10 of remaining students oppose
Remaining students = 2250
9/10 of 2250 is 2025
so 2025 remaining students (non-seniors) oppose
Total opposing = 450 seniors + 2025 non seniors = 2475 students oppose meaning
3000-2475 = 525 students are in favor of rock climbing
