16(x-y)²-49(w-3)²

4²(x-y)²-7²(w-3)² 

Now it is a difference of two squares as in a²-b²=(a+b)(a-b) 

(4(x-y)+7(w-3))(4(x-y)-7(w-3))

can you continue from here?
