How difficult is it to change the stream to software development? I learned HTML5, CSS3, JS, and AngularJS. I have 3 years of experience in backup infrastructure, but not in coding.

I think that if you are ready for the switch it wont be bad for you at all. I learned to code after being a construction worker all my life. I had to have help turning on the computer. Now I am a Full Stack Web Developer. It takes a lot of hard work and time, be prepared.
