Flying West with a wind from the North will push the plane south. She has been flying for 2.75 hours while being push towards the South at 30 mph.

2.75 hr * 30 mi/hr = 82.5 mi off course (South)

If she fly's North at the same airspeed of 280 mph, she will be where she needs to be in:

82.5 mi / 280 mi/hr = 0.295 hr

Or 0.295 hr * 60 min/hr = 17.7 minutes
