m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) so m=(-3-0)/(1-(-1)) which simplifies to m = -3/2
Now, use the point/slope formula using either of the given points
(y-y1) = m*(x-x1).
(y-0) = (-3/2)*(x-(-1)) or y=(-3/2)x - (3/2)
