Hello,'When it comes to web design, a lot of people like to design with WordPress. WordPress is not just just for blogging sites anymore. You can build beautiful, full blown sites with WordPress. Now if you can install a page builder live the Divi theme in your word press site, this will make your life easier. Divi is a page builder theme that you can install on your WordPress site. Once you learn Divi and purchase the plugin, you can build sites without coding. Although, I would recommend knowing the basics of HTML/CSS. You can also install prebuilt child themes in Divi. Divi comes from Elegant themes, so if you ever run into any issues, contact them and you will hear back from them within a day. Divi is my go to when it comes to web site design.
