Electromagnetic torque is rotational motion due to EM Forces. Torque is Force times radial distance from some axis of rotation.Formally it is the vector cross product of the Radius and Force vectors Mathematically it is written r x F and this equals the product of the magnitude of the vectors times the sine of the angle between them. If the angle = 90 degrees then the sine = 1.If the angle = 0 deg, then the cross product [torque] = 0.
