Classical physics describes the motion of charged and uncharged matter that we can essentially observe with our senses. These descriptions fail to be accurate when pushed to describe matter as atoms and traveling near the speed of light.
Modern physics provides accurate descriptions of atoms and sub-atomic particles and of matter in general traveling near the speed of light.
