just trying to make sure if there are other correct answers besides the ones i got and if im just wrong or not

You are correct for 1/3π and 5/3π as they are withing the 0-2π domain. 7/3π is outside. The wording of the problem is somewhat confusing as theta is between 0-2π but the problem has cos(πθ) which would meant the input to the cosine function would be up to 2π2. So technically your 7/3 response would work as well.
