First of all this basically the same as PEDMAS
It depends on where you are learning your math, by that I mean Asia, Europe, North America, South America etc. In fact internationally you may also see BEDMAS (Brackets Exponents) or BIDMAS (Brackets Indices) that's why its good to look this up.
BODMAS
Brackets (first) ENCLOSURES
Operations (Powers and Square roots, etc)
DM Division and Multiplication (left to right)
AS Addition and Subtraction (left to right)
As with PEDMAS you start with the deepest nested enclosures and work your way out
So for
14+3{34-18-14}÷3[6×2+17-(2×7)]
Get those parentheses inside those bracket, these are the most deeply nested
14+3{34-18-14}÷3[6×2+17-14]
Get the multiplication inside the brackets
14+3{34-18-14}÷3[12+17-14]
Now all the enclosures are on the same level from left right
14+3{34-18-14}÷3[12+17-14]
14+3{2}÷3[15]
Now from left to right remove the enclosures
14 + 6 ÷ 45
20 ÷ 45
4 ÷ 9
4/9 is the fraction
4/9 = 0.44444
