Absolutely! So, I'm going to answer as if we're in Photoshop, because they're fairly similar. You have a few options I immediately can think of:
• Option 1 – Add a new layer over your rasterized image. Drop a paint bucket of whatever color you want to apply to the whole image, then change the blending mode (should be in your layers panel) to "hue".
• Option 2 – Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation, then drag the hue slider around. I suggest doing this in a duplicate layer in case you don't like it.
• Option 3 – Manually recolor things with a brush on "hue" blending mode (this I suggest doing on a new layer as well, you can adjust the blending mode at the top of the screen)
