I'm assuming you meant the word "swaraj"
I can give the apparent English meanings.
Swaraj refers to self-independence or self-rule. In India, it was used during the struggle for our freedom from the British as we wanted the ability to rule our own land.
Satyagraha refers to holding onto a truthful idea and it was used as a political ideology when Indians decided they wanted to be governed by the truth and not the British. It was a resistance against the British when you refer to Satyagraha during colonial times. In the present age, it can be used to describe an ideology or thought that you believe is powerful in its truth.
