Let me make an assumption here. 45 j of Si should be 45 gram. Given that, the specific heat capacity is the amount of heat required to raise 1 gram of a substance by one degree C.
Thus 192 j = c *6/45. or c = 192/(6*45)/ = 0.711 j/g*C
