High fiber foods are typically vegetables or supplements such as psyllium husk. As to the question here are some ideas which I would consider:
1) Smoothies: Smoothies are great ways to incorporate many different foods together in a tasty drinkable way. Also great for on the go mornings or afternoons. People can add fruits like bananas and vegetables, some protein powder, and of course fibrous vegetables like ground flax seed, celery, kale, etc.
2) Soups: Soups usually taste great after all is said and cooked. Just add a bunch of vegetables to a pot of soup and let it simmer. Some fibrous vegetables like carrots have tones of sweetness which are brought out when cooked.
