in short this would be achievable if you have special paints and probably a special machine to mix and measure pigments properly. If you plan on doing this on your own at how that would be extremely difficult. Many factors like human error, types of pigments, lighting etc can play a part in altering the accuracy of the pigments you mix thus resulting in in inaccurate results.
It's probably best you convert whatever color it is that you want to a Pantone color and request to have it mixed for you at a specialized paint shop.
