Random renewable energy question

So i randomly started thinking of whether or not we could replace coal burning power plant with hydrogen burning plant after separating H2O sourced from desal plants.

Yup, random and theres way too many hurdles in the way for it to actually happen but none the less, my brain needs to work the numbers out.

So ive gotten to the point where i have calculated i need the Hydrogen from about 65 Billion liters of water per day.

Bearing in mind, my math is probably way off but lets go with these figures anyways.

How big of a power plant would you need (in energy output ie 250 MW plant) to separate that much water in 1 day?
