Photoshop would be better for this, but you might be able to pull it off with the spot removal tool, second icon from the left in basic dev panel.
Click on spot removal tool, then click clone (if it's not already selected), the adjust size. Then you can click on unwanted objects, and drag to draw/brush in that area. Then you can move the area that is being sampled, to make sure it's over the white. if you don't see the outlines, press the "h" key. You can also adjust feather slider to finesse, and you might try the "heal" setting too if "clone" isn't working.
