There are lots of good reasons to use Bootstrap Studio such as rapid creation of working mockups, or perhaps you are a backend programmer that is more interested in server side code, and you need a quick frontend to your code. However the drawback is that you become dependent on the tool, and you never really become fluent with CSS. This will severely handicap you because you won't be able to come up with potentially innovative solutions, or you will not know how to fix CSS problems that may arise.

It is best to learn CSS by writing it by hand while utilizing the tool where it makes the most sense.
