The residents of a downtown neighbourhood designed a triangular-shaped park as part of a city beautification program. the park is bound by streets on all sides. The second angle of the triangle is 7 Degrees mor than the first. The third angle is 7 degrees less than twice the first. Find the measures of the angles.

let x = the first angle

 

x + 7 = the second angle

 

2x - 7 = the third angle

 

now the three must eqaul 180

 

x + x + 7 + 2x - 7 = 180

 

4x  = 180

 

x = 45

 

x + 7 = 52

 

2x - 7 = 83

 

the three total 180
