How do I solve 7 ln 9x = 35.

another method: ln((9x)^7) = 35

then (9x)^7 = e^35. Or. 9x. = 148..41. Then, X =. 16.49

Your answer of e^(5/9) = 1.7429. Does not agree so perhaps something is missing?

when I look at your answer again, it can be interpreted as (1/9)e^5 which is what I have above!

Raise both sides to e because it is the inverse of ln. ln(e^x)=x and e^ln(x)=x also. Note that x can be anything it doesn’t have to be just x.
