Technically, there are, but ecology primarily borrows from other universal laws. This is mainly due to the fact that ecology shares similar ideas to other biological sciences such as: 1st and 2nd law of thermodynamics, rules of stoichiometry, Darwin's theory of evolution and natural selection, etc. Many of these laws overlap into broader ideas within the field of ecology. There are other laws, but I don't think there are clearly defined laws specific to ecology. There are propositions for several laws but they can also relate to other fields too.
