Referring twice to the same footnote in Word?
How do you refer to the same footnote twice on Microsoft Office Word 2007 or 2010?

On the View menu, click Print Layout.
- In your document, click where you want the reference to be located.
- On the Insert menu, click Cross-reference.
- On the Reference type list, click Footnote.
- Do one of the following.

On the Insert reference to list, click Footnote number.

On the Insert reference to list, click Footnote number (formatted).

In the For which footnote box, click the note that you want to refer to.
- Click Insert, and then click Close.
