Absolutely, Czech is a flexible language for example in English you can express the same message in fewer words. In addition, Czech can get away with much more elaborate sentences without causing any confusion to the listener. There are also grammatical mechanisms such as diminutives which allow you to emotionally colour individual words, and the free word order gives you more to work with in terms of emphasis.
