Do the Czechs always add ~ová to the ending of a female last name (for example Melania Trumpová, Joanne Rowlingová, Katniss Everdeenová)?

most czech female last names have the "ova" ending but there are exceptions as well.

some names have different ending like "cka" or "ska" as in names "hradecka" or "vohradska"

in same names the last name is the same for both males and females for example "janku"

some names and in "a" for example "mala", cerna".
