Learn well alphabet, don't be scared of "Ř" letter, it is very easy after a little practice. Focus first on verbs. The grammar is very similar but there is only 5 tenses. Also focus on pronouns. The nouns and adjectives and their declination plan for long time and do not worry too much about those. Acquire huge vocabulary by reading and watching.
