x = 2 ---> (2,0)

if 4 is NOT the base, then the function is log(4x-1)

the domain is then 4x-1>0 ---> x > 1/4

the x=intercept is then 0 = log(4x-1)

1 = 4x - 1

2 = 4x

1/2 = x
